Chapter Three partners with leaders on high-priority work — initiatives that require big vision, strong alignment, and the ability to connect meaningfully with audiences.

Perspective

I founded Chapter Three after years of working on initiatives that extend beyond a single team or timeline—efforts shaped by multiple stakeholders, public visibility, and long-term impact.

Much of my work has focused on places, experiences, and institutions where strategy has to function in the real world. Environments that carry meaning for communities and require a thoughtful connection with audiences.

Chapter Three is a strategic marketing and communications practice built around this kind of work. We partner with destinations, cultural institutions, mixed-use developments, and forward-thinking brands to clarify their narrative and lead the marketing that brings it to life.

We support initiatives that need clear positioning, strong coordination, and thoughtful marketing leadership. We help define the narrative, guide key decisions, and ensure the work moves forward from strategy through execution.

Our model

Chapter Three works as a senior-led partner, integrating with internal teams or bringing in a curated group of creative, digital, and technical specialists as needed. This model ensures the right expertise at the right time, with consistent narrative alignment and focus as the work moves forward.

ABOUT

Laura Krebs Miller

Person in red floral blouse with orange background, sitting and smiling.

Laura brings nearly two decades of experience helping places, brands, and institutions define their story and bring it to life through marketing. Much of her work centers on place-based initiatives, including destinations, cultural venues, mixed-use developments, and city-shaping projects, where strong narrative and coordinated marketing play a critical role in attracting audiences, investment, and long-term engagement.

Before founding Chapter Three, Laura served as Vice President of Marketing, Media & Brand Management at Brandywine Realty Trust, where she led brand strategy, marketing, media, and creative delivery for a portfolio of more than 23 million square feet of commercial real estate and multi-billion-dollar mixed-use developments. Her work spanned both district- and asset-level marketing, shaping how neighborhoods and developments were positioned and experienced while building tools to support leasing, investment attraction, and visitor engagement.

Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at a nationally recognized PR and communications agency, advising corporate, hospitality, and destination brands on brand positioning, strategic communications, and integrated marketing. That experience continues to shape a practical, hands-on approach to connecting strategy and execution.

Laura has been recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as a ‘40 Under 40’ recipient and by PR News as a ‘30 Under 30’ honoree. She is also committed to mentoring and supporting emerging leaders.
